This privacy notice applies to the Ideapark Seinäjoki website, forms, newsletter subscriptions and the processing of personal data related to website content management.

Personal data we process

Contact and feedback forms process details supplied by visitors, such as name, email address, optional phone number and company name, and the message content and topic. Newsletter subscriptions process an email address and subscription information. The website's operation and security may involve processing an IP address and browser details. Cookiebot records cookie choices; Google Analytics 4 processes website-use data according to those choices. For Sanity content editors, account, role and sign-in information is processed.

Purposes and legal bases for processing

Contact details are used to respond to messages and handle the matter raised. Newsletter subscription details are used to send the newsletter on the basis of the subscriber's consent. Cookies associated with Google Analytics 4 measurement are used only according to the visitor's cookie choice. Technical data is processed to keep the website working and secure. Depending on the context, other processing may be based on steps taken before or during a contract, the controller's legitimate interest or a legal obligation.

Service providers

The website uses Vercel for hosting and server-side forms, Sanity for content management, Cookiebot for cookie choices, Liana for newsletter subscriptions, Resend for forwarding contact messages by email, and Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 for tag management and analytics. Form messages are routed by topic to recipients designated by Ideapark Seinäjoki; advertising and promotion enquiries may also be sent to the named partner Bauer Media Outdoor.

Processing may also take place outside the EU/EEA. Resend stores the content of sent form messages and delivery logs in the United States. According to Resend, transfers are protected by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses included in its Data Processing Addendum.

Data retention

Newsletter subscription information is retained until the subscription is cancelled or the data is removed from Liana. Contact messages remain in recipients' email according to Ideapark's processing and retention practice. By default, Resend retains information about sent emails for 30 days. The retention setting for user and event data in Google Analytics 4 is 14 months; aggregate reports may remain available for longer. Cookiebot keeps consent-log information according to its service settings. Technical-log retention depends on provider settings.

Your data protection rights

Data subjects have the right to receive information about the processing of their personal data, request access to and correction or deletion of their data, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent when processing is based on consent. They also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
