Ideapark Seinäjoki's total area is a whopping seven hectares, with over 100 attractive stores of all kinds. In addition to the stores, restaurants and entertainment, Ideapark's services include a day-care centre, a pharmacy, opticians, a fitness centre, hairdressing and barber salons, and health services.
Guidance
Digital signboards by the entrances of Ideapark Seinäjoki will help you get around the shopping centre and find what you are looking for. In addition, there is an info desk in the eastern corridor by the Central Arena. Info desk staff will be happy to assist you with any questions you may have. The info desk also hosts the Southern Ostrobothnia Tourist Information Centre. Enquiries for lost and found items are welcome at the info desk on +358 29 0025200.
Accessibility
Ideapark Seinäjoki is easy to navigate and accessible throughout, including the entertainment centre! Ideapark has no thresholds, stairs, or elevators, making it easy to get around with prams and wheelchairs. All toilet facilities include accessible toilet facilities. By the entrances, there are parking spaces reserved exclusively for disabled card holders.
Electric vehicle recharging points
Ideapark Seinäjoki offers a total of 40 recharging points for electric cars near entrance B. The charging points are suitable for charging all electric cars and rechargeable hybrids. Users must bring their own Type 2 cable for charging. The maximum output of chargers, 22 kW, enables charging in one hour for up to 100km of driving. Charging performance depends not only on the device, but also the vehicle being charged and its current usage rate. The charging point is free of charge for Ideapark customers for the time being.

SmartPOST parcel lockers are situated next to the Ideapark info desk. There is also Postbox next to info desk.

Pets are welcome in Faunatar and Musti ja Mirri that are accessible through entrance A.
Bottle recycling
There is a bottle recycling point adjacent to Citymarket, close to entrance A.
Sanitary facilities
Toilet facilities can be found at three locations in Ideapark. The two largest of these are in the corridors adjacent to Central Arena and one next to Citymarket. All toilet facilities have accessible toilets and baby care equipment.
Clothing and luggage storage
Storage lockers are located next to the Ideapark info desk.
Veikkaus gaming services
Veikkaus' services are provided by Citymarket.
