Ideapark Seinäjoki covers seven hectares and is home to more than 100 stores and businesses from a wide range of sectors. In addition to shops, restaurants and entertainment, the centre offers services such as a daycare centre, pharmacy, opticians, barbers and health services.

Ideapark Seinäjoki is easy to move around, and accessibility has been taken into account throughout the shopping and entertainment centre. There are no thresholds, stairs or lifts, making it easy to visit with a pram or wheelchair.
An accessible toilet is available alongside each set of toilets. Accessible parking spaces are reserved near the entrances for holders of an accessible parking permit.
Ideapark Seinäjoki has 40 electric vehicle charging points near entrance B: eight 180 kW CCS rapid chargers and 32 AC 22 kW standard chargers. They are suitable for fully electric cars and plug-in hybrids.
The rapid chargers have fixed cables. Standard charging requires your own Type 2 cable. Payment is available through the Plugit app, with a Plugit Tag or as a one-off card payment. Lower night-time prices are based on the charging start time.
Ideapark's two ATMs are located indoors near Keskusareena: one next to the information desk and the other near K-Citymarket at end A.
A Nordea bill payment machine is also available in the information corridor.
A SmartPOST parcel locker and an outgoing postbox are located next to the Ideapark information desk.
Matkahuolto parcel services and a Posti collection point are available at the K-Citymarket customer service desk.
A Pakettipiste locker next to the Ideapark information desk can be used to collect parcels from Matkahuolto and PostNord and to send returns and parcels.
Wheelchairs are available for visitors and can be borrowed free of charge from the information desk.
Visitors with pets may enter Ideapark through entrance A and visit Musti ja Mirri.

Ideapark has three toilet areas. The largest are in the corridors next to Keskusareena, and another is located next to K-Citymarket.
Accessible toilets and childcare rooms are available alongside all toilet areas.
