The Ideapark information point is located on the right-hand crossroads of the Central Arena when entering from the B entrance. At the information point, you can get advice on shopping at the shopping center. Paper floor maps of the mall are available. You can also inquire about lost property and borrow wheelchairs at the information desk. You can reach the Ideapark guards (Securitas) from the information point. The information corridor houses: - Automatic teller machine (including banknote deposit) - ATM for payment of invoices - Mailbox - postal parcel machine - free storage compartments - toilets and disabled toilets (Please note that the larger toilets and the actual Child Care Room are located on the left-hand corridor of the Central Arena)
